Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers is a non-governmental and non-profit organization. It was founded

Club of Poznan Office of World Trade Centre (WTC-Poznañ). Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers is one of the
most numerous, influential and active association of business people in
Belarus. Being an integrator of Belarusian entrepreneurial
movement, MCAEE showed its initiative to create the program document “National Business Agenda of Belarus”.
As a result of active mutual actions with IPM Research Centre, Scientific and Research Mizes Center, Analytical Centre
"Strategy", regional business associations from Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Mogilev with a range of entrepreneurship support
centres and field business associations, the creation of the project has been successfully completed. Now mutual actions of
organizations-partners are aimed at promotion of the Agenda ideas on the national and local levels, development of the document
regarding the new challenges of entrepreneurship development. At the same time these organizations continue the activity by
establishment of the national association of entrepreneurs with the working title “Republican confederation of Entrepreneurship
Development” in our country.
MCAEE holds contact exchanges, visits of international exhibitions and fairs, foreign business trips (annually from 15 to 25),
business missions and meetings with foreign business delegations in Belarus. Our aims are – assistance in export of goods and
services of the Association‘s members, support of investors, joint entrepreneurship, development of economic integration and
participation in international division of labour.

The Interstate bank was established by CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) member-states in accordance with
Interstate Bank establishment Agreement, signed on January 22nd, 1993 in Minsk by the heads of 10 participating states -members of
the CIS: Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Republic of
Uzbekistan, Ukraine.
The Bank is an international accounting credit and finance institution which has been granted a direct access to national
payment systems of the member-states. At present the Interstate
Bank effects international payments as a participant of the payment
systems of Republic of Kazakhstan, Republic of Belarus, Republic of
Armenia, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Tajikistan and Russian
Federation, managed by central (national) banks.
Almost all the functioning systems effect international payments in readily convertible currency, mainly in US dollars, in favor
of non-residents, thus stipulated by national law of the payment originator country. The current practice of transnational payments is
based on the demand of conversion of the national currency (into
US dollars and backwards) and further data analysis while making
a payment in S.W.I.F.T.-system, which entails extra expenses.
The Interstate Bank effects payments exclusively using national currency of the member-state and its payment system. The
Bank sets currency exchange rates, which are approximated at most to the exchange rates of the national banks. Thus, there is no
need for the payer or the payee to effect any conversion operations.
Thus, conducting international payments through the payment and accounting system of the Interstate Bank not only has
minimal costs, but is also inherently efficient and transparent for all the participating parties, it is approximated to internal payments
system through the most reliable payment system, that of the central (national) bank.
Commission for money transactions in Byelorussian rubles, Kazakh tenges, Kyrgyz soms is 20 Russian rubles, whatever the
payment amount is, for money transactions in Russian rubles the commission is 5 rubles. Juridical corporates and correspondent
banks aren’t charged with any commision for transactions in Armenian drams and Tajik somoni.
So the main advantages of the Interstate Bank in effecting transnational payments are the following:
1. Effecting payments on-line;
2. Effecting payments in national currencies without extra expenses on conversion;
3. Effecting payments without using S.W.I.F.T. or Telex communication systems;
4. All transfers are conducted under the guarantee of the central (national) banks.
At present, the main condition for making international transfers through the Interstate Bank’s payment and accounting system
is having accounts in national currencies of the CIS states,
opened in the Bank by corporate clients and correspondent banks.
Any client, whatever is his location, may take advantage of the services offered.
The Bank grants its clients an opportunity of distant control of
monetary assets on the accounts using “Bank-Client” system.
The Bank’s payment and accounting system in current conditions contributes to a reliable basis of mutual expansion of trade
in the CIS on the foundation of using national currencies, and is a mechanism of achieving their mutual conversion.

“Minsk Plant of Sparkling Wines” was founded
in 1978. Today it is the only plant in the Republic
of Belarus that has mastered the most
complicated technology of champagnization in a
flow. Beyond doubt it can be named the leader of
the wine branch of the country.
The enterprise has the latest bottling and
package lines. During production process the
plant is using only wine of selected quality of the
special sorts which purvey from the countries
with the similar soil and environmental
conditions to Champagne province: the Southern
parts of Moldova, Italy and Spain.
The range of products consists of about 30 items of sparkling, table and fortified wines.
Quality improving is the main strategical tendency of the plant. And it is confirmed by
numerous awards of the plant.
Since 2000 the plant has been winning of the republican contest “Product of the year”. Since
2002 the plant has been winning of the contest “Choice of the year” in Belarus as “Domestic
wine maker ¹ 1”. Products of the plant are constant laureate of the Republican Contest “The
best products of the Republic of Belarus”.
According to the results of the International testing-competitions, which took place in
Minsk, Kishinev, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Yalta, the plant was awarded with 95 awards,
including 2 Grand-Prix.
The certification of the enterprise according to STB ISO 9001-2001 in the national certification system and in the certificate for foodstuffs quality
control system shows the quality and safety of products. “Minsk Plant of
Sparkling Wines” may be considered like one of the best among the
similar
enterprises in CIS.
Production of “Minsk Plant of Sparkling Wines” is exported to Israel, Vietnam, the Lebanon, the USA and Great Britain.
