On March, 10th in Minsk was held
Assembly of business circles of Belarus on topic “Entrepreneurship of Belarus –
provision of growth and development”. The draft of “Belarus national business
platform - 2010” was presented to participants of assembly. This Platform is
the 5th in a history of Belarusian entrepreneurship. Before assembly
was organized unexampled discussion of BNBP-2010 draft with participation of
about 600 000 representatives of entrepreneurial community, academic
circles, civil society, governing bodies. The process of preparation and
discussion of draft was coordinated by working group that consisted of MCAEE,
ALE “RCE”, SRC of Mises AC “Strategy”, Research center IPM experts.
Representatives of Ministry of economy of Belarus actively participated in
completion of draft. After discussion of BNBP – 2010 draft, participants of
assembly decided to admit the draft as a basis of Platform.

ALE “Republican confederation of entrepreneurship”
and PA “Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers” organize
together with Belarusian embassy in Kingdom Netherlands and under the auspices
of honorary consul of Belarus H. Haiken seminar in Netherlands for Belarusian
experts, heads and specialists in a sphere of logistics. The delegation leaves
on March, 12th and arrives on March, 21st.

On
February, 23rd and 24th chairman of PA “MCAEE”, chairman
of ALE “RCE” Vladimir Karyagin made a business trip to Rogachev and Mogilev.
During the meeting with entrepreneurs and representatives of regional business
– associations he informed publicity on the process of refinement of BNBP draft
and marked that on March, 10th business community will tell its
point of view on the content of Platform during Assembly of business circles.

On February, 24th member of “MCAEE”,
economist Konstantin Kolomiets participated in a round table session that was
organized by discussion and analytic community “Liberal club”. Topic:
“Belarusian business in conditions of liberalization”. In his report Konstantin
Kolomiets informed meeting participants on role of BNBP in perfection of
business climate in Republic and marked that till March 10th views

development”, during which will be discussed the questions of legislative
activity on business climate perfection, strengthening of entrepreneurial
participation in Belarusian economy, possibilities of widening business,
society and power partnership, perfection of Belarus place in international
ratings. BNBP – 2010 will be presented.

 Business – association prepared the draft of Belarus national business platform – 2010. As mentioned Vladimir Karyagin during press – conference in Minsk, Platform has as an aim to improve business environment, consolidation of business community, development of dialog of business and power, development of market self – regulation mechanism.

 On February, 17th in a conference hall
of Writers house was hold session of council of PA “MCAEE”. Results of
Association’s work during 2009 were analyzed in report of chairman Vladimir
Karyagin. Fedpr Fitsner, chairman of revision commission, made report on
financial and economic activity of PA “MCAEE” during year 2009.
