On January, 22nd Chairman of PA “MCAEE”,
Chairman oà ALE “RCE” presidium Vladimir Karyagin participated in consultations
that Vladimir Makei, Chairman of Public consultative council at President
Administration held with some members of council. During the consultation was
discussed possible ways of perfection of PCC work, international working
knowledge of the same structures, further cooperation of council with mass
media and other questions.
On January, 22nd in State property
committee of Belarus was held “Round table” on issues of Decree ¹ 518 “On
questions of rent and free usage of property”. “MCAEE” and ALE “RCE” were
presented by Vice-chairman Liliya Koval and the first Vice-chairman of “MCAEE”,
co-chairman of ALE “RCE” Viktor Margelov.
On a press – conference in Minsk that was devoted to charity action “From children – to children”, member of PA “MCAEE”, Vice-chairman of association, head of PA “Rotary club Minsk” that initiated this action Alexei Kolb expressed his opinion that orphans firstly need care and attention: “State gave them houses, education, food, but there still exists lack of parents love and skills of socialization”.
On January,
15th chairman of Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and
employers, chairman of presidium of Republican confederation Vladimir Karyagin
was interviewed on air in a studio of TUT.BY
Year 2009 had a label of liberalization. Vladimir
Karyagin told about the effectiveness of state decisions, dialogue of business
and authority and about plans for liberalization of different spheres of our
life this year.
On January, 15th chairman of PA “MCAEE”,
chairman of ALE RCE presidium Vladimir Karyagin participated in a
press-conference of Ministry of economy of Belarus on topic “About results of
work on creation of additional conditions for realization by subjects of small
entrepreneurship production of Belarusian enterprises”.
On January, 14th was held a session of
Coordination council on development and advancement of BNBP and editorial
council, members of which analyzed accomplishment of Platform-2009 points (27 points
were accomplished, 83 under consideration, 35 – were not accomplished) and work
on new Platform 2010 draft. New project of Belarus national business platform –

This year is nearly finished and it is to be in the history as a crisis year that wanted us to concentrate our forces. For our association the main idea as usually was to support the business of those who act as its members and improve the business climate of republic. To make the words come true we aspired to provide the staff of our partner enterprises latest information: held seminars and individual consultations for bookkeepers and leaders of financial department, Director’s days and Informational days, invited the leading economists and representatives of ministries and local authorities to Capital business club. For increase of business contacts of Association members were organized numerous trips to foreign countries. In difficult time our legal department helped to our entrepreneurs by providing all necessary services. We immediately reacted to incorrect actions of our authorities. For example cancelled Decree ¹ 991 that could destroy the basement of Belarusian economy. Our experts always informed about the view of business community about the measures for development of entrepreneurship by the letters that have been sent to ministries and departments, to the government, to the administration of the president. The New year’s eve news about acknowledge of MCAEE as a laureate of the competition “Brand of the year” in a category “Social partnership” was a result of Belarus national business platform-2009 recommendation by entrepreneurial community and indicator that our attempts were not wasted. On December, 22nd during the solemn in The national library of Belarus the chairman of organization committee Janna Grinuk and the leader of UNDP program in Belarus Ludmila Istomina gave to the Association leaders the honorary diploma and Golden medal. From 145 proposals of Platform more than 54 were used entirely or partially in legislation that regulates the development of entrepreneurship. From January, 1st 2010 cancelled sales invoice for VAT, tax in support of farm producers, sales tax, tax for automobiles purchase and implements a range of other measures that support improvement of business climate. And we all know how our legislation that influence business development is far from excellence. That is why we have too much to do in the future. We want to say thank you for all our partners in republic and all other countries! We wish you, dear friends, positive changes in business life of republic and development of individual entrepreneurship all over the world, development of individual entrepreneurship and personal life of everyone of you!
