The fifth sitting of MCAEE Presidium took place on July, 25. The issues of further development of the “National Business Agenda of Belarus” project were discussed.  The offers to the 2nd section of the project “Taxes and their administration” were analysed and discussed. The main theme of the sitting was the report titled “Simplification of the taxation system, consolidation of taxes and dues” by Vice-President of MCAEE, Director of JSC “Euroatra” Mr. Alexandr Kalinin.

Information Day for founders and heads of enterprises was held in the office of MCAEE by MCAEE and the partnership enterprise JSC “Litoplast”.  Within the Information Day the workshop titled “Expansion of Construction Business. New Room Heating Technologies” took place.

Trade and Economic Service of the Embassy of Bulgaria in the Republic of Belarus informed MCAEE that the XI International Information and Technological Exhibition “BALT EXPO 2006” will be opened in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia City on October, 31 2006. With assistance of the Legal Department of Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers 6.07.06 the
Statement of Zavodskoy district Court was abolished by the Statement of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus about a penalty to the
head of the partnership enterprise JSC "Officepark" for illegal business activity (section 1, article 154 of Administrative Crimes
Code of Belarus) with confiscation of all the goods.

Since the beginning of 2006 over 100 businesses addressed to the Legal Department of MCAEE for assistance if legal issues settlement. All of
them got qualified support.

Monthly business journal “Business Review” №36 issue published an article by journalist Mr. Timur Danin. Having analysed the content of the National Business Agenda of Belarus in details, the author concludes: “I want to believe that the National Business Agenda of Belarus will make good – we can say about it if the government settles at least one tenth part of the problems noted in the Agenda in the nearest future”.

On July, 18 the fourth sitting of MCAEE Presidium took place.

 On July, 12 a workshop for lawyers of business associations by Representative Office of International Finance Corporation in Belarus took place in MCCAE office.

MCAEE Delegation took part in a workshop titiled “Possibilities and Mechanisms of Activisation of Impact of Entrepreneurship in Development of Mozyr`”.
