On
November, 17th – 18th in Minsk was held 1st
Belarusian innovation forum, dedicated to 15th anniversary of State
committee on science and technologies of Belarus. Minsk capital association of
entrepreneurs and employers was presented by Vice chairman Vladimir Sivuho, who
moderated session 4 “State and private partnership in a sphere of technology
transfer and creation of innovative enterprises”, and also member of PA “MCAEE”
Konstantin Kolomiets, who made report “State and private partnership in green
technologies transfer, as joint investment in national strategy of stable
development”.
On November, 20th within the framework
of UNDP project was held round table “WTO: cooperation of state and business”
were discussed current questions, connected with activity of enterprises of
small and medium business in conditions of inclusion in WTO: defensive measures
for domestic producers in WTO conditions, increase of competitiveness of
Belarusian enterprises and development of its export potential, problems of
import substitution and others. Vice chairman of PA “MCAEE” Liliya Koval made
report about “Role of business associations in preparation of small and medium
business enterprises activity to WTO conditions”.
The new mantra of the government of Belarus sounds so: «foreign investments are necessary To us». With special force it repeated at the Investment forum in Minsk 12 - on November, 13th 2009ã.

On November, 3rd the seminar for individual businessmen «About the created conditions for ÈÏ, realising goods of the Belarus enterprises-manufacturers outside of ÐÁ», organised «The Minsk Capital Assosiation of Entrepreneurs and Employers» has taken place with support of the Minsk regional executive committee. Experts of the ministries and departments have answered all interesting questions of individual entrepreneurs.
The trip of delegation "MCAEE" in Kingdom Belgium, Kingdom Netherlands, and Germany, with visiting of three European capitals proceeds: Bruxelles, Amsterdam, and Berlin. The trip has begun on October, 30th and will be extended on November, 7th. The trip is organised with assistance Ministry of Foreign Affairs RB, the European confederation of associations of the small and average enterprises (CEA – PME), foreign partner business - associations. The trip program plans visiting of the European confederation of associations of the small and average enterprises in the city of Bruxelles, presentation of business offers of members of delegation, general meetings with a management and members of enterprise associations in Kingdom Netherlands, discussion of priority directions of activity of foreign partners of Belarus, a meeting with employees of Embassy RB in Belgium and the Netherlands. During the excursion business program participants of a trip get acquainted with a business infrastructure and sights of Bruxelles, Amsterdam, Berlin, the Hague and other cities.
On October, 29th delegation "MCAEE" has participated in work of II international Economic forum for business which has taken place in Vitebsk. Organizers of a forum: «The Vitebsk regional centre of marketing», Management of development of business and the consumer market of Vitebsk regional executive committee, «Association of employers and businessmen», the Vitebsk regional union of employers. In the report which has sounded during scientifically-practical conference «Effective technologies of successful business», chairman "MCAEE" Vladimir Karjagin has analysed a condition and prospects of development of business in Byelorussia in context National Platform-2009, and also feature of attraction of foreign investments into projects of small and average business.
On October, 23rd 2009 there was a decree ¹ 518 «About some questions of lease and gratuitous use of property». Long it was waited by businessmen. Hoped that this time officers will hear them, will understand position and will essentially reduce a rent. Hoped for the best, and have received, as always.

Confederation of entrepreneurs-employers of Lithuania Danas Arlauskas and
attaché on commercial affairs of Lithuanian embassy Edvinas Kaminskas made
reports about state and prospects of relations of Belarus and Lithuania in a
sphere of entrepreneurship and economy.
