New tariffs for heating supply, water supply, sewerage, sanitary by Minzhilcomhoz (Minsk Housing Communal Service) will be used for legal entities from October, 1 2006.

The correspondent decision of Minsk Regional Executive Committee 12.09.2006 N 911 was registered in the National Register of Legal Acts on September, 25 2006. It is worth to note that the last time heating supply tariffs were increased in August, 1 2005 and water supply and sewerage tariffs – in May, 1 2005.

The Round Table titled ‛The Role of State and Business in Strengthening Pro-European Views in Belarus“ with participation of heads of Belarusian public entrepreneurial and business associations took place. MCAEE President Mr. Vladimir Karyagin presented his report titled ‛Social and Economic Context of Business and Entrepreneurship Development in Belarus from the Point of View of European Values. The CEO of Public Association of Mogilyov Region Entrepreneurs Ms. Tatyana Kozlovskaya presented her analysis titled ‛The Role of Entrepreneurship in Strengthening Pro-European Views in Belarus“.

On September, 28 the sitting of Capital Business Club of Directors titled ‛Development of Business Network of Members of Business Associations“ took place. While opening the sitting, MCAEE President Mr. Vladimir Karyagin informed that on that day, during the national entrepreneurial conference ‛On Perspectives and Conditions of Entrepreneurship Development till 2010“ a decision to create the National Confederation of Entrepreneurship was made. The organization will be registered till the end of the current year. It will join fifteen entrepreneurial and business associations of the republic. The day before we found out that the UN made a decision to join MCAEE, Business association in the name of prof M.C. Kunyavsky and six Belarusian enterprises to the Global Impact initiative.

The Conference ‛On Perspectives and Conditions of Development of Entrepreneurship in Belarus till 2010“ took place on September, 28 in Minsk in International Education Centre IBB.
The Conference hosted representatives of 20 business associations and public entrepreneurial associations of the republic and also diplomats, economist, lawyers, deputies of the Belarusian Parliament, representatives of the local authority, entrepreneurs, leaders of entrepreneurship movement, heads and founders of enterprises, journalists. The Conference participants took a decision to create the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs. It will be registered till the end of the current year.
