19.01.2007 Public Associations: MCAEE, Association of Brest Region Entrepreneurs, “Association of Employers and Entrepreneurs” (Vitebsk), Association of Private Business Assistance “Edinstvo” (“Unity”) (Gomel), “Club of Entrepreneurs” (Grodno), Association of Mogilyov Region Entrepreneurs sent a letter to the Chairman of the Chamber of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Mr. Vladimir Konoplyov with an offer to hold the Third Open Parliamentary Hearings “On the Development of Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Belarus” on May, 22 2007.

A meeting of Entrepreneurship Development Council of Frunzensky District Administration took place. The topic: “The Perspective Plan of Work in 2007”, “On Mutual Activity with MCAEE”.

Frunzensky District accounts for 15.000 of individual entrepreneurs, over 2.000 of SME.

The President of MCAEE Mr. Vladimir Karyagin, deputy Director of the Local Fund of Entrepreneurial Mutual Aidand Solidariy Mr. Eduard Polutorov and the first assistant of the President of MCAEE Mr. Sergey Semyonov took part in business breakfast held 18.01.2007 in Gomel restaurant “Arkada” by Public Association of Private Business Assistance “Edinstvo” (“Unity”) – partner of MCAEE in creation of the National confederation of Entrepreneurship.

Today the two bright non-ordinary persons, successful entrepreneurs who have talent to determine aims and reach them, MCAEE members - individual entrepreneur Ms. Larisa Lastochkina - the founder and editor of the well-known Belarusian newspaper "V svobodny vecher" ("In a free night") - and Mr. Ivan Gordievsky, the director and founder of JSC "Rattam" celebrate their jubilees!

Dear Ms. Larisa Lastochkina, dear Mr. Ivan Gordievsky, in this festive day we wish you to remember all good things that happened in your life and to say with pride: "I have reached many victories but the main victories are in the future!" The first Vice-President of MCAEE, head of the partnership enterprise of the Association "Tridakta" Mr. Victor gave an interview to ONT Channel. The topic: "Cooperation of business circles of the Capital ond regions". Mr. Margelov noted that nowadays there is an extreme necessity to strengthen the cooperation between capital and regional entrepreneurs.

“Director” magazine established by MCAEE partnership enterprise – JSC “Concorsium Science Economy Law” published the article “Foreign Capital Likes Transparency” by Mr. Alexandr Kol`sky in # 90. The publication was prepared on the basis of materials of the International Bank Conference “Banks, Capital and Investmen for Business and Regions” held with support of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the initiative of MCAEE and a range of partnership enterprises of the Association. The same issue contains the article “Instead of Support – Suffocating Hug” by Mr. Alexandr Kol`sky describing the results of the research by the partnership enterprise of MCAEE – JSC “Uniter investment company” entitled: “Analysis of Investment Activity of Small and Medium Business in Belarus”. www.economy-law.com

The campaign of elections of deputies of councils of deputies continues. The inhibitors of Chkalovsky election district # 15 proposed the head of the partnership enterprise of MCAEE, the director of “Spetssistemavtomatica” Mr. Dmitry Kul`bitsky. We wish Dmitry success in development of business, success in private life and also we wish him as being elected in Minsk City Council of Deputies – to implement his promises given to his electors.

As we said during the sitting of the Capital Business Club devoted to celebration of the coming year the results of MCAEE activity in 2006 were discussed, the winners of “the Director of the Year”, “the Best Accountant of the Year”, “the Businesswoman of the Year”, “the Individual Entrepreneur of the Year” were awarded.
