Scientific and research Mises centre (Belarus) headed by the well-known Belarusian economist Jaroslav Romanchuk is the first in the history that was honored to be awarded by 2007 Templeton Freedom Awards. The award is named after the well-known investor and philanthropist Sir John Templeton.
