International economic forum «Steady economic development of separate
territories: globalisation
and subcontracting», which will take place in the Lida (Belarus, the Grodno region) on June, 27th, 2008 (Friday).

economic forum «Steady economic development of separate territories:
globalisation and subcontracting», which will take place in the Lida (Belarus, the Grodno region) on June, 27th, 2008
(Friday). Actions are spent with assistance of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs
of Belarus, the Republican
enterprise «National centre of marketing», newspaper "Respublica".
The program of the Forum includes:
# the
plenary sessions devoted to the international and regional experience of a
sustainable development of separate territories in a context of business and
investment cooperation;
# a contact-cooperating stock, which is organized
by the Agency of German economy in Belarus;
# sessions of profile and working groups
(«a round table» + presentation of the participants and bilateral business negotiations):
Group №1 Potential of regional industrial centres and
small towns «Industrial technologies and innovations: a motoring map for the
business partner and the investor in Lida district, Belarus»;
Group №2 Seminar concerning industrial subcontracting. A subcontracting stock
exchange (industrial cooperation).
The
international economic forum will be held within the framework of traditionally spent since 2005 «Days of economy Lida district» on June, 27-28th, 2008. Its participants
can visit also IV Regional presentation-exhibition «Lida-region-2008», get
acquainted with production, the goods and services, business offers and
projects of the local enterprises. In the
international economic forum in 2007 have taken part more than 20 countries. The "Lead-region" exhibition have visited delegations of 7 foreign establishments of Belarus and embassies of the foreign states in Belarus,
delegations of administrations of 12 cities of the foreign states, delegations
of business circles of more than 10 countries.
Lida district is one of most dynamically developing region of Belarus. Here it is concentrated the
complex of successfully working industrial enterprises of a various profile (mechanical engineering, metal working, woodworking, chemical, the food-processing industry, etc.). It is planned building of the new
enterprises, development of a transport and business infrastructure, sphere of
services. The region differs a favorable investment climate, actively
participates in programs of the international cooperation.
When inviting visitors to participation in «Days of economy of Lida district» and in the International economic forum, organizers and the
enterprises of Lida district incur expenses concerning staying in Lida (food, information
materials, the cultural program, booking of hotel etc.), except hotel
accommodation payment (tariffs are applied).
It is possible the transfer on a
Minsk-Lida- Minsk route (27.06.2008 and 29.06.2008).
Participation in the Forum are new
possibilities for your business, unique chance to get acquainted with region,
perspective for business cooperation and investments.
In

application form for participation in the Forum with instructions:

a name, a patronymic and a post of the participant;

enterprises (firms, organisations) and the contact person;
3. A working
language for negotiations and necessity (yes, no) services of the interpreter;
4. An
enterprise profile (firm, organisation);
5. Business
offers to participants of the Forum;
6. Wishes on
booking of hotel and the transfer organisation;
7. For
interested persons to act at Forum sessions - a performance topic (with a mark «plenary session or working
group»).
