On March, 12th magazine "Industrially-commercial law" together with «The Belarus republican union of lawyers» hold a legal forum «Judicial intermediary in economic process». During a forum possibilities of use of institute of judicial intermediary in domestic legal proceedings are discussed, prospects and efficiency of development of judicial intermediary in Belarus are estimated.
The Minsk capital union of entrepreneurs and employers at a forum is represented by the head of legal department, the winner of the award «Femida» Vadim Aleksandrovich Borodulja. |
