The third session of Socially-advisory council at President Administration is planned on the end of May – beginning of June. Participants of session will discuss the questions of perfection of peniciar system of Belarus Republic. In a report of Chairman of “MCAEE” Vladimir Karyagin will be viewed, in particular, question of keeping citizens in imprisonment before trail.
