On the 8th of May in Vitebsk took place
a meeting of Chairman of PA “MCAEE” Vladimir Karyagin and Belarusian architect
L. Levin with the Chairman of Vitebsk city executive committee V. Nikolaikin.
During the meeting the questions of development and realization of project on
creation of International fund “Shagal’s Centre”. In the same day V. Karyagin
participated in solemn meeting in honour of 64th anniversary of
World war II victory, that took place in cultural-business centre in Vitebsk.
