Today, on December, 22nd, ñhairman of organizational committee of competition Janna Grinuk and head of UNDP in Belarus Ludmila Istomina handed over a honorary diploma to ñhairman of PA “MCAEE” V. Karyagin and vice-chairman of PA “MCAEE” L. Koval. Awarding was held within a framework of solemn ceremony in The national library of Belarus.
