Members of MCAEE took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Republic of Belarus – Innovation Policy. Competitiveness. Security” 

On April, 25 2007 the following speakers presented their speeches on the conference: P.G. Nikitenko, academician,  director of Economy Institute of the National Science Academy of Belarus: “Scientific Background for Innovation Development”; A.V. Markov, Head of the Centre for Scientific and Innovation Development: “Mechanisms of Forming of the National Innovation System of Belarus”; Kshishtof Troyanovsky, Head of Polish National Representative Office of “ICT” Program of the 7th Framework Program of the EU for scientific and technological research, Institute of Fundamental Technical Problems, the National Polish Scientific Academy: “the 7th Framework Program of the EU; Financing of research projects; Ideal-ist project – system of search of partners for cooperation projects within ICT Program”.
On April, 26 2007 the following participants presented their speeches: the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Belarus S.S. Sidorsky: “Innovation Policy of the Republic of Belarus – Strategy and Mechanisms of Implementation”; V.E. Matyushkov, Chairman of  GKNB RB: “Innovation Development and Management of Intellectual Property”; M.V. Myasnikovich, Chairman of the Presidium of the National Science Academy of Belarus. There were presentations of field and regional programs of the State Program of Innovation Development of the Republic of Belarus in 2007-2010.
During the “round table” of the conference the following issues were discussed: “Agents of Innovation Relations: technoparks, centres for technologies transfer”, Innovations and investment”, Social aspects of innovation development”, “Technological Security”.
