On June 12, 2012 was held a session of Entrepreneurship development council of Belarus with participation of 49 people, including deputy prime-minister of Belarus Sergei Rumas and minister of economy Nikolai Snopkov. Topic was: Business climate of Belarus: current state and direction of its improvement.
The next issues were under discussion: simplification of taxation, lack of employees, remittal of unions of entrepreneurs from income tax, decrease of rental rate, lessee bleakness (some of them are forced to leave their areas), necessity of antimonopoly body and policy. Viktor Margelov the first vice-chairman of MUEE presented, in context of NBP and offers of regional business – associations, report on state and prospects of development of economy, entrepreneurship and business climate in Belarus.
