”To be ahead of the client`s requirements, to offer equipment which can be applied only tomorrow” – thanks to this motto Ms. Irina Soborova and her companies got one of the leading position on the telecommunications market.
In 1996 appearance of the home-made communication equipment which allowed to transmit huge volume of data via optic cables was a real sensation in the Republic of Belarus. The innovative models were tested by the special inter-agency commission consisting from representatives of 8 ministries. No one could believe that so complex system was created by Belarusian engineers. After two month testing the commission concluded: the equipment meets all the international standards and can be applied in common telephone networks.
Ms. Irina Soborova, Ph. D., the scientific employee of Minsk Radio Institute managed the creation and the production process. In 1993 she could make the best programmers and engineers of this higher school and convinced them in a possibility of practical application of its intellectual potential. At first the collective and the unitary enterprise “Telemix” based on it was not big – 15 members only. Nevertheless in three they were lucky to create the unique scientific and technical creation: such communication equipment has never been produced in Belarus. The analogues were imported from Russia and other foreign countries. Ms. Irina Soborova likes to quote Volter: “You should grow your own garden because our world is crazy and cruel. Lets define the field of our activity and try to do our small business. It would be rational to be brave and act rather than be angry to the surrounding world.” Ms. Irina Soborova acts exactly according to these wide words. In the result no one Belarusian telecommunication company acts without “Telemix” production – the leading enterprise of “BELROSSVYAZ`” holding. Its equipment works almost in every settlement, in every telecom companies of the republic. In fact, “Telemix” has committed an engineering act; no one was lucky to repeat its specific creations – either in Belarus or abroad. And the enterprise continues up-grading its equipment, create new models for communication services in different spheres.
“BELROSSVYAZ`” holding actively works in Russian market also. Supplies its goods to more than 20 Russian regions, to the post-Soviet states. Recently the enterprise has received an offer to supply its equipment to Cuba, offers from other countries also come. Thanks to this digital equipment telecommunication enterprises gave a second life to traditional communication lines. The villagers received quality communication that does not depend on the weather conditions. The transition capacity of the cables in more than 10 times. With the use of optical cables the “Telemix” equipment provides sustainable transition of information without retranslators on 180 kilometers territory.
Ms. Irirna Soborova considers that the secret of success of her company is in the philosophy which he uses and wellness rhythm in which she lives. New methods of management are just old truth that was forgotten, Ms. Irirna Soborova says. In order to run the business smoothly Ms. Soborova studies the philosophy of Chinese wide men. She has lots of thoughts in her handbook which she is handed by in the holding management. For example as this: “All management is at the end stimulating the activity of other people”. “When you employ someone you get not only “clever head” but also a humen with his/her character, habits and fate”. “When Confucy was asked whether there is the word that can be guided by during all the life, he answered: “This word is indulgence”.
