On December 27, 2010 financial director of Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers, PA Anatoli Goldberg and chief of legal department Vadim Borodulia participated in a session of working group of Ministry of economy of Belarus on preparation of proposals for solving of problematic issues of individual entrepreneurs and private unitary enterprises.

Recall of limitations for individual entrepreneurs in employment will provide work in sphere of trade for 70 000 people. This information was provided to journalist of BELTA in the office of Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers, PA. MCAEE representatives marked that now the problem of individual entrepreneurs can be really solved: they will have possibility to attract employees. “This is a very good news for us” – told chairman of MCAEE, chairman if Presidium of ALE Belarusian confederation of entrepreneurship Vladimir Karyagin. He said that the letter signed by minister of economy Dmitry Goluhov about development of draft of Decree that will change Decree #285 “On some measures of entrepreneurship regulation” was sent to the offices of MCAEE and BCE.

Authorities of Belarus announce that in the nearest future privatization can become one of the most important elements of reformation plan. However good attempts may differ from reality, because there are some facts that may seem negative for investors. Three reasons that may disturb privatization: absence of strict division of responsibilities, high price of assets and not clear conditions.

“We can not change all the system at once. Every month 2,5 mln. of pensioners, who live in Belarus, need these contributions. This is why now contributions to Fund of social protection will remain the same” – told deputy minister of Ministry of Taxation Vasily Kamenko.

At the initiative of Ministry of taxes is developed a Draft of decree against salary “in envelops”. This document adds new norms that help to understand what is hidden salary for bookkeeping, what kind of responsibility is arranged for it etc.

Ministry of economy supported experts of “Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers” (MCAEE), PA and ALE “Belarusian confederation of entrepreneurs” (BCE) and inserted to the draft Presidential Decree an offer to allow individual entrepreneurs to employ one person who is not a relative.
This is written in a letter signed by deputy minister D. Golouhov that was sent to MCAEE’s office.
In the letter is written: “The draft of Decree provides a possibility for IE’s to employ legal relatives (close relatives of marriage partner in spite of the partner died) and one individual in spite of the individual is a family member or close relative of IE”.
