Roundtable on topic “Actual issues of entrepreneurship development and business climate perfection in Belarus in 2012” was held on August 2, 2012 in Smorgon (Grodno region) with 16 people, including chairman of Smorgon district executive committee Mechislav Goi. Vladimir Sivuho, the first vice – chairman of MUEE, made report on the topic and told about state of entrepreneurship in 2012, role of business – associations in entrepreneurial interests representation and presented NBP-2012 and its mechanisms, informed about NBP offers realization.
Vadim Borodulia, chief of legal department, informed participants about development of dialogue between business and authority, activity of business – associations on perfection of legislation. He answered to numerous questions on legal conditions of entrepreneurship, generally – Decree #6 on entrepreneurship in small cities and rural area; simplification of administrative procedures, influence of Common Economic Space on Belarusian enterprises. Mechislav Goi told about readiness of local authority to dialogue with business. Participants underlined necessity of more active attraction of private sector to realization of local state program, real equality of all property forms, and access of private business to credits and financial resources. Special interest was attracted by report of director on marketing and development of Turbo Heads, Co. Evgeni Beschasny, who told, in context of NBP, about problems of optimization of taxation and accountancy. Participants supported advancement of NBP-2012 ideas and implementation of business community offers, that were included into Directive #4. They received materials of MUEE.
