On November 29, 2013 on the initiative of the journal “Trade and Commercial Law”, the Association of Lawyers, International Arbitration Court of Belarusian Chamber of Trade and Commerce the Second International Legal Forum for Commercial Arbitrage and International Trade Law took place, during which the following topics were considered: 1) Lex Mercatoria: myth or the realms of international trade; 2) Force majeure and fixes conditions; 3) Arbitrary hearings. Arbitrability of an argument; 4) Independence and unbiasedness of arbiters.
In the forum work participated the Head of PA “MCAEE” juridical Department Vadim Borodulya.
