PA “Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers” started to form business circles delegations for visiting the 15th international trade exhibition fair of second-hand machine tools and equipment “RESALE 2009” that will be held in German town Karlsruhe from 22 to 24 of April 2009. This exhibition has got a name of leading exhibition at the market of second - hand equipment.
