On May, 10 MCAEE sent its offers on economic substantiation of tariffs for paid medical services made by individual entrepreneurs who pay the single tax or use the simplified taxation system.
On May, 10 MCAEE sent its offers on economic substantiation of tariffs for paid medical services made by individual entrepreneurs who pay the single tax or use the simplified taxation system.
"With reference to your letter №03-3-13/1473 Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers offers:
- to develop a list of positions changing (increase) of tariffs on which is an objective cause to re-register the tariffs that already exist. While re-registrating these tariffs it is necessary to take into consideration the tendency of prices on natural state monopoly services (rent, warm, energy and communal payments etc.) and the rise of minimal salary level regulated by the state..
- A denial by the Ministry of Health Security to register or re-register prices (tariffs) should be grounded in in writing, indicating causes and references to articles of the specific laws.
- to develop exhaustive lists of the medical services and to develop working time and materials standards for them. Representatives of not only governmental but also commerce structures that provide such services must be involved in discussing this issue without fail.
- to hold consulting (may be paid) of enterprises and individual entrepreneurs who provide medical services on the issues of price-making in the health security field. It is also extremely necessary to hold education for for entrepreneurs and heads of enterprises on the issues of price-making, their specific character in the health security field.
- for specialists of the Ministry of Health Security - to participate in training workshops on the issues of price-making for medical services, especially in those that are held together with specialists of tax organs and the Ministry of Economy (the Ministry of Health Security rejected to participate in the last workshop on April, 21 2006: “Price-making for Medical Services”).
- to increase the number of personnel in the Ministry of Health Security who will register and re-register prices and tariffs."
