On August 23 2006 a workshop in Slonim for founders and heads: “Presentation and Legal Protection of Interests of Entrepreneurs” took place.
Agenda:
1. On Entrepreneurship Development Programs in the Republic of Belarus and promotion of the National Business Agenda of Belarus on the national and local levels (solving of actual issues for entrepreneurship development – taxation, allowance system, fines and penalties, access to information, entrepreneurs and trade unions)
2. The new aspects in the legislation regulating entrepreneurial activity (new requirements of the Law of Belarus “On Business Entities” (#100 10.01.2006) to constituent and other documents of enterprises and protection of businesses in implementation of the main statements of the Law, on rights and behaviour of heads of enterprises in extreme situations (check-ups, revisions, calls for interrogation etc.
3. On fight corruption in the Republic of Belarus.
