 On March, 27 2007 the meeting of Capital Business Club devoted to the III Belarusian Conference for Industrial Subcontractation took place. Agenda:
1. Presentation of participants of Capital Business Club.
2. Mechanisms of development of industrial cooperation between large and small enterprises. The speaker – Artiom Kiselev, President of “National Partnership for Development of Subcontractation”, Moscow
3. New technologies and structural development of private business in China, South Korea and Taiwan. Presentation of the book “Asian triangle of dragons”.
The speaker – Igor Malevich, the well-known writer and columnist, globally known scientist, diplomat, one of the leading world expert for the problems of technological development and geopolitical leadership of the Asian region, professor, PhD in physics and methemetics, author of over 400 scientific works and creations in quantum electronics and laser technologies, laureate of Governmental rewards and awards of international academies and global public institutes.
4. Festive dinner.
       The meeting participants congratulated the director of MCAEE partnership enterprise SE JSC “Alkid” Vladimir Sohadze with a jubilee. New members of the Association were awarded by certificates on membership in the Association.
The meeting of Capital Business Club of directors took place in the restaurant of the culture and entertainment complex “Dan`kov-club”.

Scientific and research Mises centre (Belarus) headed by the well-known Belarusian economist Jaroslav Romanchuk is the first in the history that was honored to be awarded by 2007 Templeton Freedom Awards. The award is named after the well-known investor and philanthropist Sir John Templeton. It is annually given to the best think tanks in the world with assistance of Atlas Economic Research Foundation in 4 categories: 1) Free Market Solutions to Poverty, 2) Social Entrepreneurship, 3) Ethics and Values, 4) Student Outreach

On March 26 a meeting of Finance and Crediting Committee took place in MCAEE office. The participants discussed issues on microfinancing of private individuals and legal entities of small and medium-sized business of the Republic of Belarus, on covers, on the activity of CC MLA “Stolny” and Capital Club of Mutual Assistance.

March 26 2007. According to the Rating of auditing organizations of Belarus on the results of 2006, held by “Glavny Buhglater” (“Main Accountant”) journal, MCAEE partnership eneterprise – JSC “Silar” is among the best five. Congratulations! 

Director of the Local Fund of Entrepreneurial Mutual Aid and Solidarity Mr. Sergey Shkred presented his report on the workshop “Information resources by the National Centre for Technologies Transfer, its regional branches and affiliates to participants of innovation activity” on March, 23. The workshop participants are representatives and organizations in of all kinds Vitebsk Region, interested in cooperation with Belarusian and foreign enterprises, organizations and investors. The workshop also hosted representatives of regional branches and affiliates of NCTT who are going to have a probation period in Germany “Innovation amangement, technologies transfer and international technological cooperation”.

The Innovation Development Committee, MCAEE prepared Agreement on cooperation between MCAEE and the National community of business angels of Russia (CBAR). The National community of business angels of Russia is the single association of business angels nationwide created with support of the Russian association of venture investment (RAVI) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in 2006 in the form of a non-commerce partnership.

On March, 23 a delegation of Byala Podlyaska Economic Chamber (Poland) visited MCAEE office.

Byala Podlyaska Economic Chamber is a many-year business partner of the Association. The Advisor-Minister of the Polish Embassy in Belarus Mr. Tomash Klimansky took part in the meeting. The delegation members are: Vice-President of Byala Podlyaska Economic Chamber Mr. Josef Sheptitsky and members of the Council of the Chamber Mr. Stanislav Pytlik and Tomash Sheptitsky got acquainted with the activity of MCAEE, its nearest events and information resources. Then the delegation visited the Belarusian Universal Goods Stock Exchange hosted by the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Stock Exchange Mr. V.S. Vladyko and the Marketing and Quotation Department Head Mr. V.V. Antipov. The Polish entrepreneurs got acquainted with interest with the activity of the Stock Exchange and possibilities for foreign representatives to participate in the stock trade. A new visit to Belarus of a delegation of Polish business circles from Lyublin region is expected in May 2007. Its participants will visit MCAEE and search the possibilities of export/import activity using the stock exchange bargains.

The workshop-consultation for accountants, finance directors of enterprises “Pricemaking in 2007” took place on March, 22. The organizer – Capital Club of Accountants headed by MCAEE Finance Director Mr. Anatoly Goldberg.

Business Women Press Club, MCAEE celebrated its second Birthday on March, 20. The festive fruit and sweet meeting on this cause took place in the consulting-training centre “Your aim”, 21 Vesennyaya str Minsk. The participants told about their achievements, defines the problems to be solved, told about their plans, summed up of the Press Club activity for two years. 

 A “round table” entitled “Governmental support of Innovations. Governmental and International Scientific and Research Programs in Electronics and IT” took place in the Exhibition Centre in Minsk, Pobediteley ave., 14 on March, 20. The initiator of the “round table” is the Innnovation Development Committee by MCAEE. The organizers: MCAEE, ANO CIE (E), Regional Centre of Industrial Subcontractation of the Republic of Belarus, Republican Association of Industrial Enterprises and JSC “MinskExpo”.
