On October, 23rd 2009 there was a decree № 518 «About some questions of lease and gratuitous use of property». Long it was waited by businessmen. Hoped that this time officers will hear them, will understand position and will essentially reduce a rent. Hoped for the best, and have received, as always.

II international Economic forum for business
On October, 29th delegation "MCAEE" has participated in work of II international Economic forum for business which has taken place in Vitebsk. Organizers of a forum: «The Vitebsk regional centre of marketing», Management of development of business and the consumer market of Vitebsk regional executive committee, «Association of employers and businessmen», the Vitebsk regional union of employers. In the report which has sounded during scientifically-practical conference «Effective technologies of successful business», chairman "MCAEE" Vladimir Karjagin has analysed a condition and prospects of development of business in Byelorussia in context National Platform-2009, and also feature of attraction of foreign investments into projects of small and average business.
Meeting in embassy of Lithuania in Belarus
On October, 22nd in embassy of Lithuania
in Belarus was held a meeting, arranged in frameworks of project “Prospects of
trade and economic cooperation between entrepreneurs of Lithuania and Belarus”.
With their greetings to participants addressed ambassador of Lithuania in
Belarus Edminas Bagdonas and chairman of PA “MCAEE”, chairman of supreme
coordination council of ALE “RCE” Vladimir Karyagin. Director general of
Confederation of entrepreneurs-employers of Lithuania Danas Arlauskas and
attaché on commercial affairs of Lithuanian embassy Edvinas Kaminskas made
reports about state and prospects of relations of Belarus and Lithuania in a
sphere of entrepreneurship and economy. Decree “About perfection of control (supervisory) activity” was signed

guidance of Professional competition BRAND OF YEAR.
Dobrososedstvo-2009
Today, on October, 13th started Economic forum “Dobrososedstvo-2009”. Forum is held at exhibition halls and territory of Academy of Podliaska in Sedltse Republic Poland. Leading topics of forum this year – participation of Polish capital in privatization of Belarusian economy and role of young entrepreneurs in business of Poland and Belarus. Traditionally in forum participates delegation of PA “MCAEE” under auspices of Chairman of PA “MCAEE”, Chairman of Presidium of ALE “RCE” Vladimir Karyagin. Forum “Dobrososedstvo”, one of the originators of which was our organization, was organized under the patronage of Vice prime ministers of Poland (V. Pavliaka) and Belarus (V. Kobiakov). In its work participate representatives of ministries and departments of both countries, leaders of business and bank and finance sector.
Business trip to Lisbon
We form delegation to Belgium, Netherlands and Germany (Berlin)
From October, 30th till November, 7th will be held a trip of delegation of PA “MCAEE” and ALE “RCE” for a trip to Belgium, Netherlands and Germany visiting three European capitals: Brussels, Amsterdam and Berlin.
Meeting with vice-president of European commission
In frameworks of XIX Economic forum in Krynitsa – Zdrui the head of “MCAEE” PA delegation, chairman of capital business association Vladimir Karyagin met vice-president of European Commission Gunter Verheugen. During the meeting information about activity of Association on advancement of Belarusian national business platform, and also about cooperation with CEA-PME was announced.
