On March, 20th, 2009 session of coordination council and editorial council on development and advancement of the Belarusian National Business Platform will take place at the address: 11-104 Serafimovicha street at 14.00. On March, 17th office of PA "MCAEE" was visited by the representative of the European bank of reconstruction and development, the adviser for the mikro - , small and average business crediting program, institutional development and improvement of procedures of small and average business crediting of the European Reconstruction and Development Bank of Juseppe Nardelli. During a meeting with chairman PA "MCAEE" Vladimir Karyagin projects on development of crediting of small and average business were discussed, investment possibilities in opening and already operating enterprises were analysed.

On March, 12th delegation of PA "MCAEE" under the invitation of Administration of St.-Petersburg has taken part in Partners meeting work in «St.-Petersburg - regions of Russia. Interaction and cooperation directions» which has taken place in St.-Petersburg expocentre "Lenexpo".

On March, 12th magazine "Industrially-commercial law" together with «The Belarus republican union of lawyers» hold a legal forum «Judicial intermediary in economic process». During a forum possibilities of use of institute of judicial intermediary in domestic legal proceedings are discussed, prospects and efficiency of development of judicial intermediary in Belarus are estimated.

On March, 11th in Minsk the seminar «Improvement of conditions for attraction of foreign investments», organised by Working group of the PA of OSCE across Belarus together with delegation of National meeting of Belarus in OSCE has taken place at support of fund of name Fridrich Ebert. Addressing with words of a greeting to participants, the chairman of the PA of OSCE Zhoau Soaresha, the chairman of Working group of the PA of OSCE across Belarus Uta of Zapf, the Head of the Belarus delegation in the PA of OSCE Valery Ivanov have noted importance of a meeting for development of an investment climate and for improvement of investment image of Belarus.

On March, 11th in Minsk the scientifically-practical seminar «Economic mechanism perfection in Belarus», organised at the initiative of Institute of economy of National academy of sciences of Belarus has taken place. In the report the first vice-chairman PA «MCAEE», chairman ULB RCE Victor Margelov has informed participants of a seminar on results of Republican assembly of business circles, and also about measures on improvement of the business climate, stated in project BNBP-2009. The head of legal department of the Union Vadim Borodulja and the head of the partner enterprise "Braginez and partners" Vitaly Braginets have taken part In a seminar. Special release of the newspaper «Anti-recessionary management» in which project НПББ-2009 is published is handed over participants of a seminar.

    On March, 9 the meeting of Business women club was opened with applause in honor of a guest – famous Belarusian diplomat and politician, the first Minister of Foreign Affairs in Belarus, ambassador of Belarus in Japan, the candidate of historical sciences, professor of international law chair of Belarus jurisprudence institute - Petr Kravchenko.

- Active assistance to current economic reforms that aimed to overcoming a crisis, economic liberalization, saving of the reached level of production, saving in current conditions the previous level of country’s economy and stimulation of citizen and subjects of managing economical initiative.

 

- Development  of small, medium and large business, business environment and climate.

The global world crisis which is shaking the countries and continents today is a special phenomenon unknown to mankind ever before. It is definitely an unprecedented phenomenon which does not have its analogy in world history and which is cardinally changing the world order with all its economic foundations. That is why for its analysis, understanding and for overcoming it a totally different approach is required which should reexamine all the old dogmas and stereotypes.

On February, 11 The chairman of “MUEE”, The chairman of RCE presidium Vladimir Karyagin, RCE project coordinator Nina Karpinchik, The head of partner enterprise of “Alprom” company Viktor Borisenko made a business trip to Vitebsk. The delegation participated in international exhibition-conference “Energy saving technologies, equipment and materials”, that was organized by partner enterprise of Union “Center of entrepreneurship and marketing help” under a management of Ludmila Prokofieva.

The session of a Council on entrepreneurship development in Belarus took place on February, 6. After discussing managing problems in condition of acting labor payment regulation system, the session participants made offers about preparing draft of President decree about advance in employer rights of list and size definition of including in production, goods, labor, services, stimulation payments for commercial organizations employees cost price. The head of “MUEE” and HCC RCE Vladimir Karyagin informed the session participants of proposals that aimed to solve the problems under consideration and stated in Belarusian National business platform.
