“We can not change all the system at once. Every month 2,5 mln. of pensioners, who live in Belarus, need these contributions. This is why now contributions to Fund of social protection will remain the same” – told deputy minister of Ministry of Taxation Vasily Kamenko.
At the initiative of Ministry of taxes is developed a Draft of decree against salary “in envelops”. This document adds new norms that help to understand what is hidden salary for bookkeeping, what kind of responsibility is arranged for it etc.
Ministry of economy supported experts of “Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers” (MCAEE), PA and ALE “Belarusian confederation of entrepreneurs” (BCE) and inserted to the draft Presidential Decree an offer to allow individual entrepreneurs to employ one person who is not a relative.
This is written in a letter signed by deputy minister D. Golouhov that was sent to MCAEE’s office.
In the letter is written: “The draft of Decree provides a possibility for IE’s to employ legal relatives (close relatives of marriage partner in spite of the partner died) and one individual in spite of the individual is a family member or close relative of IE”.
According to the CEC, at 16 pm on 19 December in the presidential elections in Belarus taking into account prior voting was 75.8% of the voters of the 790 000 296 included in the lists. Such information is posted on the website of the Central Commission. 
On December 16 2010 was held joint session of Capital Club of directors, Club of bookkeepers, Clubs of business women that is traditionally held in the end of December during 13 years. Participants summarized the results of PA MCAEE in 2010, analyzed results of Belarus national business platform-2010 realization, congratulated winners of competition “Choice of year” in categories "Best director of year", "Best bookkeeper of year", "Business lady of year".
09.12.2010 in Riga (Latvia) ALE “Belarusian confederation of entrepreneurship” opened the first office of non-government business associations of Belarus in EU. The task of office is to support development of business contacts among entrepreneurs and business associations of Belarus and Latvia, advancement of market economy and civil society ideas. In the same day in the office of information agency “BALTIC NEWS SERVICE” in Riga was held a press conference devoted to foundation of office in which participated representatives of 2 Latvian business associations: Latvian union of employers and Latvian association of small enterprises, Vladimir Karyagin and Alexander Gerasimenko (Ambassador of Belarus in Latvia). Information of this event was presented in mass media in Russian and Latvian (Rus.DELFL.lv; “Berga bazars” etc.).
Today Vladimir Karyagin visits "5th Trade Panel meeting on Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Government (B2G) contacts, with a view to supporting business organisations in Eastern Partners to associate and integrate into the EU's consultation, information and dissemination structures" in Brussels. 25.11.2010 was held Consultative and coordination session of business communities (CCS) on issues of draft Law of Belarus “On advocateship in Belarus” and evaluation of its influence on legal services.
On November 23 took place a session of Presidium of “MCAEE”. During the session were analyzed results of cooperation with foreign partners: Center for International Private Enterprise at CCI of USA (CIPE), International council of Swedish industry (NIR), Committee of Eastern partnership; under discussion were plans of MCAEE for January and February 2011; approved the project of partner enterprises “Network systems”, CJSC and “Intellectual partner”, SLC. New members of Association were elected. Members of Presidium decided to find Slovenia – Belarus business club at MCAEE; start work on Belarus national business platform-2011; initiate preparation to 12th Assembly of business circles of Belarus that is planned to be held on March 2, 2011.
