Civil society meeting was held by Minsk union of entrepreneurs and employers (MUEE), PA on April 14, 2011 in village Priluki with participation of 32 people. Among participants were representatives of regional natural history organizations (historical club “Prilukskaia spadchina”, touristic center of Molodechno, Belarus state university naturalhisory organization), department of Belarusian orthodox church, design studios, Educational councils of Priluki, Belarusian union of women, United civil party, Belarusian republican union of youth.

Resolution of Ministry of economy  #46 from May 31, 2011 allows entrepreneurs to define rate of costs and tariffs for production (goods, works, services)by themselves in accordance with supply and demand apart from those, that under state regulation in accordance with list, approved by Presidential Decree #72 from 25.02.2011. However limitation of mark-on still remains in accordance with resolution of Ministry of economy from 10.08.2008.

Belarus. National teleconference of regional business associations #4 (62) was held on April 1, 2011 with participation of 68 representatives of 12 cities of Belarus (Brest, Bobruisk (Mogilev region), Mogilev, Schuchin (Grodno region), Vitebsk, Grodno, Gomel, Mozyr (Gomel region), Borisov (Minsk region), Jlobin (Gomel region), Molodechno (Minsk region). At the session were discussed issue of regional representatives participation in sessions of consultation councils and expert groups, founded by government. Such participation is aimed to development of dialogue between business and authority and based on NBP ideas and Decree#4 implementation.rence of regional business associat Participants decided to prepare offers about such activity and development of cooperation between BCE members in second quarter of 2011 to the session of Higher Coordination Council of BCE, that will be held on April 23, 2011.

On March 2, 2011 at “Assembly of business circles of Belarus-2011” jury announced the results of content “Best city for doing business in Belarus”, handed diplomas and prizes. The winners are: 1) Polotsk (Vitebsk region) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polotsk  among cities with population over 50 000 people 2) Ashmiany (Grodno region) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ashmiany among cities with population less than 50 000 people.

12^th “Assembly of business circles of Belarus. Time for specific actions” took place in Minsk on March 2,2011 in business center of Viktoria hotel. 364 people including heads and founders of enterprises, 315 IEs, and 32 representatives of authorities. There presented representatives of general branches of authority: House of representatives and Council of republic of National assembly of Belarus, Committee of state control, ministry of economy, ministry of communications, ministry of architecture, ministry of finances, ministry of taxation, ministry of justice etc. and also state committees on standardization, customs committee, representatives of republican labor arbitration, local authorities – regional and district executive committees.
