On the 23rd of October, Chairman of the Supreme coordinative council of Association of legal entities “Republican confederation of entrepreneurship” and Chairman of PA “Minsk Capital association of entrepreneurs and employers” Vladimir Karyagin had a speech on the session of contact-cooperation exchange with representatives of 35 Companies from Taiwan – producers and importers of various groups of goods.

On the 28^th of August, 2008, ALE «Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship» in cooperation with PA «MCAEE» and company «Jurspektr» («Konsultant+» Data Base) held seminar in Kirovsk, Mogilev region. There took part 80 representatives of business sphere and Executive Bodies of Kirovsk. The Head of the Kirovsk Executive Committee, Piskizhev Vladimir declared about «Position of Region Administrative Board for Entrepreneurship Support». During this seminar had also speech ALE «Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship»’s leader V. Karyagin. The topic was: «Burning questions of Business Development in the Republic of Belarus». In this report it was told about actual problems in business sphere which occur in Belarus today. The participants were also told about the plans of Business sphere development both internal and external.  PA «MCAEE» legal member has declared about the news in RB Legislation. The participants expressed great interest to our Team’s work. There were many questions and proposals for future cooperation.

In office PA “MCAEE” has met leaders of exhibition programs of Russian Exhibition Center V. Bagrova, General Director of Russian analytical bulletin “Investments in Building” and public edition of magazine of Russian Union of Builders “Building” J. Kovalev, Adviser of Trading Representation Office of RF A. Spiridonov. During this meeting it was represented information about holding of exhibition on the 10^th-12^th of December, 2008 in Moscow – THE 2^ND SPECIALIZED EXHIBITION “TRADING MARKS AND INDUSTRIAL DESIGN” and “STEKLOEXPO”. V. Karyagin, M. Lebedeva, G. Ilishchuk and A. Petruchenya – are the representatives of MCAEE and Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship

The EBRD commissioned a collection of personal reflections on the transition process across the EBRD’s region of operations. Through the voices and emotions of 15 prominent writers and essayists, it brings together a diverse range of views on the social and economic changes that have affected their countries since the end of communism in eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.

Deputy Director Jean Rogers attended the 3rd Working Group meeting of the UN Global Compact’s 10th Principle on anti-corruption.  The meeting was hosted by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the UN Global Compact Office in Vienna, Austria. The overarching goal was to identify priority issues that will form the basis of a two-year work plan for the 10th Principle.  Participants included Multi-National Corporations that are members of the Global Compact and experts such as CIPOE’s Jean Rogers.

On July, 8-11th, Minsk

   From July, 8 till July, 11th in Minsk will take place session of Business Council and Program Trading Delegation under the guidance of the State minister of Turkish Republic Mr. Kjurshada Tjuzmena, who is responsible for foreign trade. Within the framework of action will take place negotiations between businessmen of Belarus and Turkey. Welcome to participation.
