The global world crisis which is shaking the countries and continents today is a special phenomenon unknown to mankind ever before. It is definitely an unprecedented phenomenon which does not have its analogy in world history and which is cardinally changing the world order with all its economic foundations. That is why for its analysis, understanding and for overcoming it a totally different approach is required which should reexamine all the old dogmas and stereotypes.

On February, 11 The chairman of “MUEE”, The chairman of RCE presidium Vladimir Karyagin, RCE project coordinator Nina Karpinchik, The head of partner enterprise of “Alprom” company Viktor Borisenko made a business trip to Vitebsk. The delegation participated in international exhibition-conference “Energy saving technologies, equipment and materials”, that was organized by partner enterprise of Union “Center of entrepreneurship and marketing help” under a management of Ludmila Prokofieva.

The session of a Council on entrepreneurship development in Belarus took place on February, 6. After discussing managing problems in condition of acting labor payment regulation system, the session participants made offers about preparing draft of President decree about advance in employer rights of list and size definition of including in production, goods, labor, services, stimulation payments for commercial organizations employees cost price. The head of “MUEE” and HCC RCE Vladimir Karyagin informed the session participants of proposals that aimed to solve the problems under consideration and stated in Belarusian National business platform.

Today on February, 6 in a hotel “Planeta” started the session of Capital Directors Club of Minsk Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers. During the meeting the draft of Belarusian National business platform-2009 that will be introduced on March,4 to participants of Republican assembly of business will be analyzed.

    On January, 30 Coordination council on development, advance and realization of National Business Platform in Belarus made a decision about carrying out a Republican business community assembly. The topic is: “OVERCOMING A CRISSIS THROUGH ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT – NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE!” In assembly organization take place “Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers”, “Confederation of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs”, “Republican Confederation of Entrepreneurship”, Entrepreneurship Development Council of Belarus Republic. The Assembly will take place on March, 4, 2009 from 11 am till 15 pm in a conference hall of “Belarus” hotel. Address: 15, Storojevskaya str., Minsk.

The main target of Socially – advisory council is discussing of actual questions of country and society development, working out proposals of more active Belarus involvement in the universal processes, improvement of ways of social and economic and political country development. In a council structure were included the representatives of different social associations, political parties, other social and political organizations of Belarus. The head of Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers and Republic Entrepreneurship Confederation Vladimir Karyagin is elected in a structure of Socially - advisory council.

On the 27th of Jznuary, 2009, in PA MCAEE office took place the Session of Coordinative Council of Platform Development and Advancement. It was sum up the intermediate results, analyzed further actions concerning the Platform content enhancement. The ready text will be introduced during the Nation-wide Assembly of business circles of Belarus in March, 4, 2009.

Head of Minsk Executive Committee Michail Pavlov has signed the Decree, according to which inflation indexes to the base rate of rent taxes for markets and trade centers of private property in Minsk from the 1st of January, 2009 had been reduced on 20%. The necessity of this action was clearly explained by the MCAEE experts in letter, that was addressed to the Executive office of Minsk Executive Committee.

On the 27th of Jznuary, 2009, in PA MCAEE office took place the Session of MCAEE Presidium. During the session there were viewed following questions:
