Introduction

The present regulations of solving disputes (‘Regulations’) have been worked out with the aim to establish a mechanism allowing to make a decision on claims related to violations of Corporative Ethics. Besides Regulations, it is possible to use as a normative base of solving disputes:

-          the Statute of MCAEE;

-          the Charter of Corporative and Business Ethics; of the Business Community of the Republic of Belarus ;

-          Code of Honor of Minsk entrepreneurs;

-          ethic standards of the MCAEE members.

to participate regularly in the activity for perfection of legislation for protection of property and owners` rights, fair taxation system and creation of legal environment for development of economic activity;

to create professional business clubs, leagues, guilds, to hold mutual events: “round tables”, conferences, business meetings, exhibitions and fairs, trade and economic missions etc.
entrepreneurship activity propaganda, rendering organizational, science-methodology and information assistance to entrepreneurs in implementation of entrepreneurs and other kinds of professional and management activity;

to search, generalize and distribute case studies of successive entrepreneurs activity, implement programs of training, re-training, skills level raising and development of personnel of enterprises and organisations.
 

- providing the rights protection and presentation of interests of its members - industrialists and entrepreneurs as owners of intellectual and material property, producers of goods and services, employer and taxpayers - in state and other organs, international organisations;

- development of the social partnership system, assistance in economic reforms, aimed at increase of production effectiveness, achievement of sustainable economic growth, stimulation of economic initiatives of citizen of all ages.
 

Karyagin Vladimir Nikolayevich was born on April 20, 1952. High education in the field of philosophy, economy, business managing and financing.
When a student and educator Vladimir Karyagin was renowned as the organizer of the constructing crew movement, foreman of the most proficient constructing crews in Byelorussia and the USSR, founding constructor of BAM (Baikal-Amur Magistral Railway), power stations and energetic worksites of Siberia and Yakutia (1972-1988).
 

‘Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers’ (MCAEE) is one of the largest, influential and active associations of Belarusian entrepreneurs.
Public Association ‘Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers’ is а non-governmental non-profit organization established in 1997. Through its existence the Association has become a well-known, competent and influential structure not only of Belarus but also abroad.

Members of MCAEE and partnership enterprises are obliged to follow the ethic norms: 

General Assembly is the Supreme Body of the Association which is summoned by the Association Council as required, but not rarely than once in three years.
The General Assembly be summoned by a decision of President, Control Auditing Commission or at the request of a tierce of the Association members.
The calling of a meeting and the agenda of the General Assembly is announced not later than 10 days before the meeting.
