Business trip of MCAEE chairman to regions of Belarus.

On February 14, 2011 Vladimir Karyagin made numerous trips to Jlobin, Bobruisk and Rogachev. Head of capital business association made reports during seminars, where participated entrepreneurs from different sectors of business. He underlined that nowadays business community faces the task to make informatory album of offers on perfection of business climate, as it was every year, starting from 2006. Vladimir Karyagin invited all seminars’ participants to development of Platform.

MCAEE and Committee for state control

On February 10, 2011 Representatives of ALE Belarusian Confederation of Entrepreneurship and MCAEE participated in roundtable on topic: “Questions of Decree #4 implementation and control activities in Belarus” that was held in office of Committee for state control. This establishment is separate branch of authority and do not conform to government and parliament. In reports was stated the idea about cooperation of business associations and Committee for state control on regular basis in such spheres as sorting of checks, their preventive (not prosecutory) character, information exchange, dialogue with branches of authority, training on issues of control activities. Such dialogue took place first time. Vladimir Karyagin handed draft of NBP-2011 to chairman of Committee for state control and invited him to Assembly of business circles.

XVIII International exhibition of books

On February 9 – 13, 2011 Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers, PA representatives and Vladimir Karyagin visited XVIII International exhibition of books and made there presentation of NBP-2011 draft. MCAEE placed personal exhibition stand, announcing its activities. Employees of MCAEE and students-volunteers answered to the questions of visitors and disseminated forms for offers to NBP draft. Chairman Vladimir Karyagin, who opened exhibition, handed NBP drafts to the first deputy of Head of Presidential Administration A. Radzkov, minister of information and his deputies and other representatives of authority, who visited exhibition.

Business – associations defend interests of SME in sphere of pricing

Representatives of MUEE: the first vice-chairman of MUEE Viktor Margelov, vice-chairman of MUEE Andrei Karpunin and financial director of MUEE Anatoli Goldberg participated on February 2, 2011 in roundtable on the issues of pricing that was held in Ministry of economy with participation of director of department on pricing Igor Fomin. In their reports MUEE representatives presented position of business community and their offers on liberalization of pricing.

“Information day”. Complete answers to important questions

On February 3, 2011 “Information day” in Minsk was held by Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers, PA with participation of 83 people, including representatives of industrial enterprises, small and medium business and IE. In seminar participated and made reports: the first deputy of Head of Administration of Leninski district of Minsk Alexander Dorohovich; vice-chairman of economy committee, chief of entrepreneurship department of Minsk city executive committee Alexander Kalinovski; chief of legal department of Ministry of economy Vladimir Hlabordov; chief of inspectorate department of Ministry of taxation in Minsk Olga Kishko; deputy chief of legislation acts department of State control committee Tatsiana Chuhlei; deputy chief of department of customs control of Minsk regional customs Sergei Goshko.

We continue work on implementation plan for Decree №4

On February 1, 2011 in Ministry of economy took place a session of working group on implementation plan for Decree #4. In the session participated minister of economy Nikilai Snopkov. Under consideration were offers that were made during Consultative and coordination council of business communities (CCC) on January 28, 2011. MCAEE was presented by chief of legal department Vadim Borodulia.

Visit of “TAITRA” representatives

On February 3, 2011 in office of MCAEE was held a meeting with representatives of Taiwan company “TAITRA” Jessica Lin (Director of Kyiv branch) and Darya Pechkovska (manager). Representatives of company were interested by activity of Association and its members, work on National business platform-2011, educational programs of Association and international trips as well as Association’s partners. “TAITRA” deals with organization of exhibitions in Taiwan. Its representatives told about meeting of representatives of business from Taiwan with business circles of Belarus that will be held in April in Minsk, organized under the auspices of Belarusian chamber of commerce and industry.

Consultative and coordination council of business communities (CCC)

Representatives of Belarusian Confederation of Entrepreneurship and Minsk Capital Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers participated on January 28, 2011 in session of Consultative and coordination council of business communities (CCC) where presented heads and staff of leading business associations of Belarus (Belarus national industrial association, Business union named after prof. M. Kuniavski, Council on entrepreneurship of Belarus, Belarusian union of entrepreneurs).

Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers – winner of content "BRAND OF YEAR-2010"

Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers, PA is a winner of content "BRAND OF YEAR-2010" in Honorary category "Socially responsible brand". During awarding ceremony, that was held on January 21, 2011 deputy minister of economy Andrei Tur and head of UNDP program in Belarus Ludmila Istomina delivered Honorary diploma and Golden medal to chairman of MCAEE Vladimir Karyagin and Vice chairman of MCAEE Liliya Koval.

Business women club meeting

On January 12 was held the next Business women club of “Minsk capital association of entrepreneurs and employers” meeting. The topic was: “Image of business woman”. During the meeting, individual entrepreneur, professional cosmetologist Ludmila Chebanu presented her coming book to business women and held master classes on facial treatment and make up. Director of “Prime – Prestige” Nadejda Gurbo made presentation on topic “Image creation”. As usually, Club participants exchanged knowledge of management and plans of business development.

Ministry of economy will held a contest “The best entrepreneur of 2010”

The aim of contest is improvement of profession skills and business image of heads of business structures and its staff; formation of positive image of entrepreneur; stimulation of population’s business activity for social and economic development tasks solving in Belarus.
